My Favorite Christian Audio Podcasts

14 Oct

When I’m driving alone, I enjoy listening to Christian audio podcast that I burn as Audio CDs on rewritable CDs. It’s a great way to redeem the time. Here is my list of favorite Christian podcasts.

Willow Creek Weekend Messages

Bill Hybels is an excellent communicator, leader and pastor. I have been helped by his books like Who You Are When No One’s Looking, Fit to be Tied, and Axiom: Powerful Leadership Proverbs in my growth as a Christian. For the past 2 years I have attended Willow Creek’s Global Leadership Summit video sessions hosted by a local church in Malaysia.

Menlo Park Presbyterian Church

John Ortberg is a gifted Bible teacher and author. My favorite books of his includes If You Want to Walk on Water, You’ve Got To Get Out of the Boat and The Life You’ve Always Wanted. You will enjoy listening to him teach on practical Christian living.

North Point Ministries: Andy Stanley

I only started listening to Andy Stanley this year and have been challenged by his insight and wisdom in living the Christian life.

New Hope Oahu: Message Series

It was only last year when I first heard about Wayne Cordeiro and SOAP Journaling. Since then, journaling and listening to Wayne Cordeiro’s messages have become a regular part of my Christian walk.

Hope you’ll find these audio podcast a blessing in your Christian walk too.

The references to January 2008 has been removed from the January 2009 Daily in Christ, Streams in the Desert, TGIF and Prayer Praise Promises mobile devotional. I will be removing references to 2008 for the mobile devotional for the rest of the year by the end of this month.

It’s already a few days into 2009, but still not too late for me to wish you “A Very Happy New Year!”. Look out for more mobile devotional and booklets appearing here and at http://www.mobilebooklet.com.
